WHEEL COMPONENTS

The Rybro® range of wheel components assist in fitting a wheel to a castor or trolley. We also supply bushes for the manufacture of solid rubber or split rim rubber wheels

PILOT BORE BUSH SET

Pilot-bore-bush

  • Glass filled nylon bush set, used to replace bearings, creating a pilot bore wheel.

  • Can be used to replace a bearing with a 42mm or 47mm OD

  • Sold as a set (enough for 1 wheel)

4" PNEUMATIC RIM SET

4inch Rim for Pneumatic wheels

  • Wheel rim 2.10-4 for transport carts, material handling, wheelbarrows and trolleys.

  • Manufactured from Impact resistant Polypropylene.

  • This rim can be fitted with tyre size (not included):

    • 3.00-4

    • 260x85

    • 4.10/3.50-4

    • 9x3.50-4

AXLE BUSHES

Wheelbarrow Bush

  • Polyprop bushes are used inside split rim rubber wheels.

  • This is a wear component and should be replaced periodically to prevent damage to the rim.

MOLD-IN AXLE BUSH FOR RUBBER WHEELS

  • Designed for Solid Rubber compression moulded wheels (Wheel Barrow, Jockey & Trolley Tyres)

  • Designed to withstand moulding pressure and heat (resistant up to 220C).

  • Tooth formation aids in a strong bond with rubber wheel.

  • Please request samples prior to manufacturing your rubber moulds.

  • These bushes will shrink during rubber moulding process.

  • Sizes stated are the suggested finished sizes of your product, but may vary due to your moulds.

BOLTS, NUTS AND REDUCING SLEEVES

Plain Bore Axle Bushes

  • Available for all wheels from 75mm in diameter.

  • Sleeves are available to reduce bore ID down to a specific bolt size

  • Sleeves are supplied in raw mild steel or Glass Filled Nylon

  • Steel Sleeves can be ordered in custom lengths

  • M8, M10 and M12 Galvanised bolts and Nyloc nuts also available
