This section covers our most popular ranges, castors are available for all working conditions for loads up to 250kg per castor.
NYLON CASTORS
Injection-moulded Polypropylene in natural white or dark grey with pilot bore (no bearings)
Temperature range: -20°C to +50°C.
Applications
For standard transport applications on smooth clean floors, where no high requirements are made for comfort, however, low rolling resistance is preferred.

ELASTIC RUBBER CASTOR
Blue elastic polyurethane tread, hardness 75°± 5° Shore A. mechanically bonded onto wheel centre.
Wheel centre manufactured from impact resistant polypropylene with precision ball bearings.
Temperature range: -20°C to +50°C.
Applications
Ideal for applications on most floor surfaces, where high requirements are made for comfort with regular use. Not recommended for long periods of static loading.

CAST IRON POLYURETHANE CASTORS
Blue polyurethane tread, hardness 92°± 5° Shore A. chemically bonded onto wheel centre.
Cast iron wheel centre with precision ball bearings.
Temperature range: -20°C to +50°C.
Applications
Ideal for applications on smooth floors, the wheels have great static load properties and excellent wear resistance.
22 SERIES - SPLIT RIM RUBBER
Housing:
Sourced from a leading manufacturer of castor assemblies in Italy. Manufactured and tested in accordance with EN standards. CAD files are available on request.
Heavy duty, zinc plated, pressed steel housings with double ball race crown for loads up to 400kg per castor (dependent on wheel type fitted).
Wheel:

Rybro WSP Split Rim Rubber Wheel fitted with precision ball bearings.

Shore Hardness - 75A +/- 3.

Cast Iron Polyurethane (PUB) wheels can be fitted on request - 400kg load rating.
